Marcela Ryan, MA
Prior to founding Bottega Learning, Mrs. Ryan was the Human Capital Practice manager for Deloitte Consulting. She has held several leadership positions and has over 20 years of experience in logistics operations, strategy consulting, sales and training. She has a B.A. in Journalism from Long Beach State, an M.A. in Human Resources, from Penn State and an M.A.Ed. in Education and Technology Leadership from George Washington University. Mrs. Ryan is fluent in 4 languages.
Alexis Tomanda, PMP
Alexis has over 15 years of Talent Development experience designing and delivering leading-edge training solutions to clients worldwide. Prior to joining Bottega Learning, Alexis spent 10 years at a Big Four consulting firm advising on workforce development and leading teams on complex projects.
